Private Tutoring

English4Kids offers private tutoring that can be tailored to your child/children’s specific needs and level and held in your home or your child’s school.

Lessons are taught by experienced British, Australian or American, university educated instructors. Private tutoring can be very “fun” and creative with a lot of focus on basic conversational English and academic play, or lessons can be more academically focused on traditional English Language skills (reading, writing, grammar, and spelling).

We work with families who want to introduce English to their children or improve their level of comprehension. Other families are preparing to move abroad and need to prepare their children for possible entrance exams to international schools. Many of our families have returned to Sweden after living abroad and want to maintain their children's English.

Educational Childcare

Educational Childcare is a service where native English speaking, university educated adults spend quality time with your children and expose them to the English language.

Our instructors can pick your children up from their daycare or school or come directly to your home. Educational childcare consists of engaging in conversations, playing games, reading books, helping with homework, baking snacks or treats, and being a positive caregiver while introducing or strengthening their English language skills.

As childcare is considered “husarbete” according to skatteverket, you only pay English4Kids for half of the cost.

Fees: (tax included)

1 child:        450:- per session (225:- after tax reduction)

2 children:   550:- per session (275:- after tax reduction)

3 children:   650:- per session (325:- after tax reduction) 

• Each session is 45 minutes.
• If you live over 30 min. outside of the city center, (by public transportation) there is an additional 100:- travel fee.
• Multiple children fees apply to groups of children that are of the approximate same knowledge level and age.
